Collaboration with Mark O'Brien: In a former restaurant and bar, Joe's Chicken Shack, we cooked rice inside a structure made from the building's salvaged wood, wrapped it, and sent it down tracks to both the front window and the basement where guests were able to consume or ignore the food piling up.
